工作职责
•Manage schedules, arrange/coordinate meetings for Managing Director and team members.
•Make domestic/international travel arrangements effectively, including hotel accommodation, air tickets, and transportation,etc.
•Prepare and processe expense reports, ensuring adherence to Firm policy. Timely follows up with related departments and professionals regarding the processing status of the expenses report.
•Organize group activities, and liaise with internal and external dept.
•Always arrives at work on time and get things prepared well in advance.
任职资格
Knowledge
•Good command of English, ability to provide translations of business and detailed documents from Chinese to English and vise versa with every little correction.
Skills and Abilities
•Good PC skills, ability to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint to create complex spreadsheets and advanced document production.
•Absolute integrity and trustworthiness.
•Strong initiative and ability to prioritize challenges and workload.
•Strong commitment and flexibility in terms of working hours.
•Ability to work in a pressured atmosphere.
•Some familiarity with the financial services industry would be a plus.
•Mature, professional, energetic, hard-working, pleasant and presentable.
Qualifications
•Bachelor degree or above.
•More than 3 years relevant experience working in a multinational company (from law firm or consulting firm is a plus).
•Big Four international consulting firms Secretary/Administration supporting experience is preferred.
